Make sure pulley hub is tight on the bearing. I know on my F3, the pulley hub on the seperator side was wallowed out and had to be machined out and insert a sleave to fit the bearing properly. The header clutch side may have to be built up and remachined. Not sure about a M3 design but probably simialar.
