Subject: RE: Small cleaner for corn stove

Statesville, NC
I have used different ones, started with one I made out of wood and 1/2 x 1/2 screen on top and 1/5 x 1/5 on the bottom, worked fairly well. I also sell the Amaizablaze stove and they have a small box type cleaner that you set right on top of the stove. It works ok, sometimes have to shake it a little. http://www.cornstoves.info/accessories1.html The best little cleaner I used is a J.W. Hance "farm size" seed cleaner. It worked very well, and if you pushed it you could get about a bushel a minute through it. Now I clean a truckload at a time with a large rotary screen. It doesn't do as good a job the little Hance cleaner did, but it's satisfactory, and much faster.
