I have not heard of the problem you're seeing. I'm assuming the software version you provided is the AFX Combine software. If you're running guidance, make sure your Autoguidance software is 25.5, your Display Defaults is 25.4, and your Precision Farming is 25.3, and your NavII should have version 3.56 installed.
