You could probably find an old Dialarc 250 AC/DC for between $200-$300 depending on the day, a newer one used would probably run over $500, I wouldn't hesitate to buy an older one as they're pretty simple machines and should run forever.
On the 251 I would guess around $1,000 a little more or less depending on condition and the presence or lack thereof of tanks and flow meters.
