SE ND | Going to be running a CDF for the first time this year. From the people I have talked to I added the spacers under the bars on the thrashing side of the CDF to increase the diameter on that side . I took out the reverse bars on the thrashing side but left them in on the seperator side. Going to start with the knives in place but might remove them for corn (we will see). This topic has been discussed in pretty good detail over on the Combine forum as well.
