| I'm not really sure what exactly caused it. I have a few thoughts though. In my case, I was having trouble with the left boom breaking away because the pressures were not set right on the automatic boom reset and the accumulator bladder was also bad. I was thinking that some of the really bad break aways (one broke the cylinder) may have stressed the tube and cracked it. Now that it seems more common than not, I'm thinking that a lot of folding and unfolding probably is the most likely culprit. The bottom part of that tube must have a lot of stress during folding/ unfolding. Why the right side on my machine is okay, I don't know. Got over 5,000 hrs on it.
