Lac qui Parle County Minnesota
As long as you have a good trailer, with safety chains and lights, keep your speed consistant with traffic (don't go too slow, and don't speed), most highway patrol will leave you alone. I have several patrol friends and they look for chains, lights, and the overall condition of the trailer. Not sure about the freeways and weigh stations but I would think if you stuck to main roads rather than the freeways, you shouldn't have to much of a problem.
