South Centeral Kansas
Just west of you are 3 manufacturer's of folding neck trailers. Trail King and Trail-eze are in Mitchell, SD and Load King is in Elk Point. I am partial to Load King (my former employer) but Trail King also makes a quality product, not so sure of Trail-eze. You can find both hydraulic and mechanical styles of folders around. The hydraulic can be opperated either with the wet kit on your trailer or a wet kit and engine can be added to the trailer. Using the wet kit on the trailer you have to detach and then move the tractor back beside the trailer to opperate the fold. The Load king pins can be removable (have it setup for multiple pin settings) so it won't get dirty. It fits down through a shaft so it doesn't fold over. Seems to me I say a couple for sale on Highway 20 somewhere between Fort Dodge and Sioux City a couple of months ago.
