I don't think net wrap is a fad. It's here to stay. Our hay has kept much better with net than twine. We do put on three wraps. You will be able to bale a lot faster and have a lot smaller pile of leaves on the ground while wrapping. While wrapping, after the first of only three revolutions most leaves are trapped verses many revolutions with twine.
