I wouldn't bother cutting the tank loose, assuming you have it empty of course. I'd also not try to lift on the right side, just pull it back onto its wheels on the drivers side frame and use another tractor or a wrecker to pull backwards onto the road. Have been involved in a few similar 'situations'.

I hope the cops went easy on you, we dont need any more rules, I see you run the same licence plates as guys up here  :)
