Saronville NE | 35F40 and 35F44 are hard to beat on dryland, that is all I plant on my dryland, and the yields have been very good even last year when it only received 2- .50 rains all summer, the COC made 120 or so and the corn on wheat stubble made 160 all notill planted at 18k pop. F44 is the triple stack version and is what I got on my COC dryland this year, the F40 is on my old feed ground this year. we are dry again this year and it looks better then last year. Mine has always stood perfectly, and I was happy with the drydown, ours was 16% last year in early Oct planted in mid Apr. I also always plant my dryland first to beat the heat. I put it in my irr test plot this year just to see what it will do vs the longer season race horse hybrids. Pioneer dealer told me that he sells alot of these 2 numbers for dryland most poplular number he has for dryland. | |
