I live about an hour north of Omaha/CB on the Iowa side in the hills. You are excatly right. I-29 from the missouri border to about where I am is very wet. Northwest Iowa, southwest MN and southeast SD are pretty good for the most part. Even the hill ground looks better than some lower ground.
