Herbicides for cosmetic use , ie on residential and business lawns/parks, have been banned but seems there are enough exemptions ( golf courses) that the ban is little more then public relations. Who ever posted the craiglist ad is obviously from the city, from outside of Ontario , and surprisingly ill informed.
No more herbicides in Canada eh?
