Anyone who is going to Farmfest in Minnesota this week should look up BRT Ag and take a look and ask questions.

They have an interesting approach to notill and how to make it work.

Many of the principles they are using has been discussed on this forum.

Go with an open mind if you are interested.  Many farmers are using the concept with good results.

It is not the only way to farm but might provide you with some answers.
