Near-north Ontario, French River
Guthion, will usually whack them pretty good, unless they have developed resistance but be very careful guthion can be nasty stuff to work with. Some guys will plant a row of eggplants as an alternate host, apparently potato bugs prefer eggplant more then either potato or tomatos. Admire will give very good control of PB, but I'm not sure if it can be applied directly to a plant, and you are probably past the 'days to harvest window'. "Here" admire is always added to the transplant water in the spring, it works as a systemic and is very effective but at +100/ac its not cheap either.
