Elm Creek, Manitoba, Canada | thanks, we put the mauer extensions on this winter. They hold the same amount of grain but the combine is alot lower. We park our combines in the shed every night and we were tired of always having to lower the extensions. We also put an electric cylinder on the hopper auger so we can lower it from the cab. We have 4+ inches clearance now and are thinking of putting the 3 inch mauer extensions on top to bring the hopper to hold 370bu. See how it works this year.
