Subject: Spraying blooming beans and leaving out the AMS?

Baldwin City, KS
I see guys talking about leaving out AMS when it is hot outside and you are spraying a little later than is optimal. I have pigweed pressure in some of the first beans that we planted. They were sprayed with Touchdown and Cadet 3+ weeks ago and many of the pigweeds are back to 10-12" tall. My beans are knee to thigh high and in full bloom, however I don't see many pods yet. I see enough pigweeds of varying size to make me want to spray one more time, but I hate the thought of spraying these taller blooming beans.
I have heard you guys mention leaving out the AMS. I was thinking about switching to speedway. Touchdown and water with no adjuvant won't do much to the pigweeds will it? Thanks for the input.
