Subject: RE: Corn Survey Question

Central New York
My pioneer rep said everything he is looking at is 2 rows less around (14 vrs.16 normal) for our area> I went and checked mine and i would say he has it pegged right. Lots of early stress here cold and wet early in some places but I was cold and dry had 150 acres froze off at 3 leaf. Ave. for my farm is 159 not really sure we will hit that. I think some of the pundits that are calling it a big crop better be careful we are overdue for a reality check on the never ending bumper corn crop every year.
