I agree with SRI. I would get one of the screw-in type blowing augers. They work very well. We bought a couple from Quality Farm and Fleet when they were still in business. We have a Tractor Supply store now, and I would assume they either have them, or could get them.

If you plan to use this wheat for seed this fall, I wouldn't worry too much about getting the moisture all the way down to 13 percent. I would think if you could get it down to 15 percent or so you would be fine.
