Subject: triticale varieties

South Central PA
A landlord of mine has a field of Pronghorn triticale he planted this spring that is ready to harvest in about 2 weeks.  I was told that it can be planted as both a spring or fall seeded grain but I cant seem to find any evidence either way.  Wasnt sure if anyone has any personal experience with it?  Thanks Andy
