You don't think "large hot rod engines" can run on ethanol?

Thats odd, racers have been running high hp engines on the edge using alcohol for decades.

"Hot rod engines" are actually much better suited for burning ethanol than gas.

Assuming the presidential motorcade runs on gas (maybe its diesel, I really don't know) there is no reason it couldn't be running on E-85.
