Subject: 19 year cycle?

America
I have heard mention of a 19 year drought cycle. I looked for corn yield charts but could only find one back to 1960. OK 88 was bad and it looks like 70 was bad. Not 19 but close. Does anyone have charts going further back. Anyway, 88 + 19 = bingo. Big demand and 25% reduction from trend would be disasterous. Any thoughts. The main reason I was curious was that I was going to take GRIP without fall harvest, this cycle along with possible LaNina and well I bit the bullet and took Fall Harvest Option.
