There is a welding business in Tipton, CWM Custom Welding and Manufacturing that makes gooseneck hay moving trailers that had an ad on Craigslist I called about. Short story, I paid him half up front, he hasnt delivered the trailer. I'm starting to get concerned. Just wondering if there is anyone in that area that knows anything about him?
