By programming I mean a change to the stock software. Either through a programmer, or a box.... Chips are for Fords... old fords.... ;-)
IMHO if I had employees driving it, I'd prolly leave it stock... Could get hard on tranny or clutch if you don't... I don't own a common rail, but I'd prolly look at a smarty if it where mine. http://www.smartypower.com/
