And I agree with you wholeheartedly LHaag about trying to avoid training too tightly into one specific hardware/software setup. It would undermine the integrity of the entire program. I'm not looking to go into all one product line with the equipment list for a (college) program like this. Rather, I'd like to have something that can demonstrate current technology options and a few of the variations of those options by different companies while keeping a strong emphasis on the key concepts BEHIND that technology. It's an admittedly difficult thing to balance when the industry is advancing as quickly as it is. | |
