Trying to get a new to me Redball 680 up and running with EZ boom and can't get the boom control valves to do anything. Put the Raven 450 in that it came with and still no movment. I can turn them with a small cresent doesn't seem to move hard. And have 13v between the signal wire and the other two. Where do I go from here?
