I would not worry about it. Soybeans don't need that much N early. The cotyledons are a source until the plant can produce its own N.
In corn stalks you will see yellowing of beans under wet and cool cloudy conditions. The N is being tied up.
Yield is made in august, early plant growth is not as important as august rains can be. Its not a corn plant and should not be treated as such.
