Synchrony contains thifensulfuron which is Harmony. Harmony + oil = crop injury, look to kill the growing points of the soybeans. In my book thifensulfuron is a NIS surfactant only product. If you must use oil then MSO but spray late in day. Also if adding a grass killer as well look for burning from Flexstar and antagonism from thifensulfuron to reduce the control. IMHO.
