Near-north Ontario, French River | Nope, I'm a lowly trucker LOL.. They say they are starting Monday, but not sure how steady it will be at the get go as there were some planting delays due to rain ( what else eh ? LOL). Things are starting about a week early here compared to normal and will run to the first week of august weather/disease permitting then its right into sweet corn until mid october. I truck the corn, as well we grow corn under contract for the same company. Our sweet corn is only 2-3 leaf right now so its gonna be a while until is tassles . |
