Perhaps he is thinking of renting a RTK tower from a dealership. We do that and pay around US$780 a year for a autofarm rtk base station. Although that deal is not avaiable to new customers (its now $1558). Why should the neighbour use it for free? Its an expensive investment, and one that i beleive should be shared.
