One of our Extension contacts asked us this afternoon to put out a notice about tarnish plant bugs surging in some areas in Georgia, south Alabama and south Mississippi -- areas where TPB hardly ever is a concern. A lot of people might not be checking that closely right now because cotton hasn't hit the boll/stink bug phase.
