Wet saturated soil will cause you to lose a lot of any nitrogen in the soil. If you still have a decent stand of grass I suspect that if you top dressed the pasture after the spring wet spell with a good dose of nitrogen fertilizer you would be amazed. Maybe double up on the wet areas. Scatter the manure with a light harrow.
