Little River, TX | Usually when I was offered a job as you suggest it was designed for me to keep the meadow mowed and to pay the owner for besides.
I would never let a share job cost for the owner be less than my cost to mow plus 20%. If I had to sell his share I took a cut on that also.
Sound like a real grouch but that is the way it Should be done. Anything else is charity for one party or the other.
