I think the TG215 would be like the larger TG models for manually releasing the parking brake. Raise the hood and in front of radiator on the top of the front bolster there should be a tool that will remind you of a jack handle--take that tool--raise the rubber mat inside the cab door and remove floor panel. There should be a place to insert tool and pump the hyd actuator to release the brake. There is a sequence that you have to follow that is explained in the operator manual. I think you have to turn key "on"--move forward /reverse lever out of "N" and then back to "N"--leave key in the "on" position and pump the release actuator until brake releases. Once released it should stay released long enough to pull tractor out of field. Again, I'm not certain on the sequence but I know that is in the "operators manual". Good luck.
