Hagen Brothers farms,Goodrich ND | Woods makes those cups in 6 and I believe even 8 inch for very heavy loads.
If you do need to replace the black rubber cup , I believe the one I replaced was only $4.50. silicon grease to lube the pump is avalible at auto parts stores.
I use a "safety line" on my light bars, just in case I walk away for too many days and the cup releases.
Just a hook attached to the cab roof above the light bar, and a double length of fish line with a dog chain snap.
Attach the fish line to the lightbar on a handy attachment point , put the snap on the other end and clip it on the roof hook / loop with an inch or two of slack.. Mount the hook back from the window a bit, so if the lightbar falls onto the safety line, it will not swing into the window.
