Probably worth more than brand new.  Old mortise/tendon structural wood is big $$$  in the housing type market. Granted market is down but that doesn't mean it's worth less. People will pay a lot for mortise/tendon. Nobody does that type construction anymore.  Any old barn wood is valuable.

 You just have to want to look and find the right market and advertise the barn.
