Agent Orange: Friendly fire that keeps on burning.
I think that particular series of US General toolboxes is one of the big bargains out there. The rolling base comes on sale for $400, quite often. Tack on a 20% off coupon and you're into the deal for $320. I have four of them -- three for tools and one that I use for hydraulic hose ends for the crimper. For a time, the stores didn't stock the top boxes, so this is the only one of those that I have. All the drawers are on roller slides, which even some of the pricier boxes don't have. About the only glitch I've had with them is the ones that are kept in an unheated building have a tendency for the drawers to pull hard when it's -20°. Need to clean the oil off the bearings and oil them up with some 5W-20 synthetic, I think.
