What is the history on Cadet herbicide?
I know in the last year it's been getting a big push and from searching, it seems it really caught on last year.
Seems odd to me though that it's not actually a new active ingredient.
Look at this:
Cadet label

Blizzard cotton defoliant label
http://www.cdms.net/LDat/ld84N007.pdf
Appeal SC herbicide, label approved May 16, 2000.
http://www.pesticideinfo.org/Detail_Product.jsp?REG_NR=06358800008&...
Just was really surprised to see that this isn't a new product at all just a new label, name, and use.
