485 JD mower overheating?

485 JD mower overheating?
West Central MN
The darn thing runs for ten minutes or so until it gets up to temp then wont cool off.First the obvious,it has antifreeze in it. Then the next one, I put in a new thermostat. What do I try next? thanks in advance.
