South Central Illinois		When it is down the wheels are in float.
You have to blow enough oil into the system to blow it out of float in order for it to lift.
The roller switch behind one lift wheel cylinder controls this.
The roller switch needs to be moved rearward.
Also put the lift wheels in the highest bolt holes.
