I've been impressed with the esets.  I see more variation than that when I mix grades, but if I am planting all one variety and seed size it runs pretty close. And that could be a slight error in setting the weight during bagging.  If 80K is supposed to weigh 50# and they set the scales for 51 that bag will go farther than one set exactly where 80K should be. Also I run a lot higher population, so a little variability would show up faster.
