Like others said it is most likely the angle sensor, but to make sure you need to count the number of times the gear number flashes in sequence and have your dealer look up the code. On a foreman 3 flashes indicates a bad angle sensor, but there are other things it can indicate as well such as a bad shift motor, faulty ecu, low voltage, etc.
