I put the 6.5 OHV Briggs on my Horse several years ago. It has been reliable and easy starting after you drain the water out. The black plastic tank gets full of water constantly. Put a bushel tub over it and stopped most of that. I would look at Honda or the HF honda clones simply for the fuel moisture issue from the Briggs.
It bolted up just fine and I had no other issues, since I started covering it, it has fired up on the first or second pull. I have run across a couple other Briggs that collect moisture, even without rain, one on a power screed was the worst, drained a bowl full of water out after setting for a week. I always figured the tiller got rained on and that was why the water in the fuel.
