scky | Lyle I take the bolt cutter and cut a loop off a broken hay rake tooth. Cut it at the same location to form a complete loop, drill the hole in the top of the pin to about a 5/16 and thread the loop through the new hole, after getting the loop into the hitch pin weld the gap in the loop shut. I make my hitch pins this way all the time, and most of the time make a few for neighbors, they seem to like the new pins. | |
