Looking into some tillage radishes in Kansas. Thinking about mixing radishes with wheat and planting as cover crop. My problem is this will be on a field thats not even planted to beans yet. I'm guessing the beans will be harvested sometime in October. Is late October too late for radishes to do me any good before they winterkill?
