Rolla, ND		Why don't you apply for a half million or so to study using flare gas to make fertilizer solution in western ND.

For another million we should study using frac liquids in fertilizer solutions.

It would work out well, half a million for you, half a million for me and a half a million for the guy actually doing the studies.
