Okla Panhandle | Thanks for the info you have already provided. I am using the large sugar beet disk and am pleased with what we saw on the test stand. There was no multiples but an occasional skip, we did have to run vacumn up to about 15 to cut down skips. Since we didn't see any multiples at 15 is this alright? Are there any other problems that might arise from running 15 inches vac? We even ran some of my seed that was 17,500 seeds per pound and it looked the same as seed at 13,000 seeds per pound. At first my dealer wanted me to use the small sugar beet disk but they didn't have speciality singulator and that was terrible. My other question is about seed tubes, do you like precision tubes or do you use JD tubes with small seed inserts. Any other input would be great!! Thanks | |
