We JUST replaced the cable on the 4010. Ours busted loose at the lever end so it was unfixable. It was a one-hour-plus repair job for the two of us; "ace" mechanics that we are. Be sure that you slobber a lot of grease on those tubular "stand-off" bushings, so you can get the bolts out later on.
