i have one one my 4.8 small truck and picked up a mile per gallon with it. it is a k and n and it does real well in the dust. dirtier it is the more it cleans. i just put the filter on my 2000 6.0 and it helped power and mpg too. but only went from 8 to 8.5 with a trailer. nice truck but when gas hit 4 buck it went down the road for a duramax.
