Blue Earth, MN | The 5th wheel is still on. We back under the flatbed that sits on removable stands. The flatbed is locked into the 5th wheel. Then I bolt on some "clamps" that I made that keep the flatbed from spinning and tilting forward and rearward. The rear hitch is all one weldment to the flatbed. My welding got a stress test this spring as our gravel roads where very rough and pulling 240 units of seed was a load sometimes.
We are working on a utility bed that we will put on this fall. | |
